Nutrition Major (B.S.) Spotlight

Caroline Williams is a nutrition: dietetics major from Danbury, Connecticut. While excelling in both her studies and extracurricular activities, she has also found time to run two marathons while an undergraduate.

Dominick Tavares is a nutrition: dietetics major from Ossipee, New Hampshire. He is also Marble Scholar, member of the Student Nutrition Association and part of the University Honors Program.

Sophie Kenny '19, '20G, '22G earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition: nutrition and wellness and a graduate certificate in the didactic program in dietetics from UNH and is now a master’s student in nutritional sciences at the university.

Alexandra Papadakis ’21 has long been interested in food. When she started at UNH, she thought that interest would take her in the direction of how it’s grown, harvested, marketed, consumed. Then she started thinking more about hunger.

Daniel Kahn graduated from UNH in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. The only person in his immediate family in the healthcare field, Daniel has been a nurse practitioner since 2016.
