I'm studying the effect of different environmental stressors, including ocean acidification, ocean warming, the presence of invasive species, and more on the blue mussel Mytilus edulis. Populations have been rapidly declining in New England over the last hundred years, and I aim to pinpoint the reasons for these changes so we can understand how to move forward with the issue.
