Cheryl Parker started at UNH as an undergraduate in the College of Life Science and Agriculture. Soon after graduation she was hired by the Institute for Earth, Oceans and Space in Morse Hall to manage the lab of Dr. Karen Von Damm. Among the many places her work has brought her since then was working in the craft brewing industry as a brewer for Throwback Brewery in North Hampton, NH. She returns now to UNH to blend her knowledge of science and brewing to manage the UNH Brewing Science Laboratory, as well as teach courses in brewing science and technology.
