House. In collaboration with the UNH Center for Sustainable Seafood Systems,
the UNH brewery is inviting you to a special evening of drinks, food, and
learning! Delve into the intricate process of creating unique brews, discover
the importance of sustainable food systems and farming local oysters. Your
ticket includes a flight of beer from UNH brewery and SoMe Brewing, 6 local
oysters on the half shell, kelp and oyster farming education, and a chance to
meet the makers behind all the beers and learn about the brewing process! Don’t
miss these new, limited release beers: UNH’s “King Kelp Sea-Salted Caramel
Imperial Stout” and SoMe Brewing’s “Send Kelp Gose.
