Throughout this workshop presented by Women's and Gender Studies faculty member, Joelle Ryan, participants will examine how cisnormativity is embedded into U.S. culture in terms of assuming gender identity based on expression or presentation, cisgender privilege, cissexism, transphobia, etc.
Participants will also discuss strategies to counter cisnormativity!
