The first half of this seminar, Katrina Klobachar, UNH Master's student, will be presenting a seminar entitled "Supplementing Sodium Butyrate to Limit-Fed Heifers: Effects on growth, health, nutritient digestibility, and in vitro anti-coccidial activity."
The second half, Dave Mortensen, UNH ANFS Chair, Bill McNamara and Rochelle L'Italien, from Hospitality and Food Services, will be presenting a talk entitled "Repurposing Food a Local Initiative."
