EcoGastronomy Spotlight

Zane Aguiar '27, a dual major in Nutrition Dietetics & EcoGastronomy at UNH, embraces diverse educational opportunities, from studying abroad in Italy to engaging in impactful research, while preparing for a successful future in nutrition.

Margo Kamis studies the impact of dietary intake on bone health among college students at UNH. Her research, supported by faculty and national funding, aims to enhance nutritional options and support for students with dietary restrictions.
