Technician Internship at the UNH Plant Diagnostics LabLillian Walsh '26, from North Andover, MA, is a genetics major with a German minor at UNH. Lillian completed a summer internship with the UNH Plant Diagnostics Lab (PDL), which helped her gain valuable skills in plant pathology.Learn More -
Studying Oyster Resilience in New Hampshire’s Great BaySelina Cheng ’26 is pursuing her graduate degree in marine biology at UNH. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in environmental sciences and English from the University of Virginia in 2021. At UNH, she’s researching how oysters survive in the challenging conditions of the intertidal zone in New Hampshire’s Great Bay.Learn More -

COLSA Alumna Leads Marine Mammal Rescue Efforts on the NH CoastLauren McDowell ’24, earned a degree in marine, estuarine, and freshwater biology with a dual major in sustainability at UNH. She is now the Community Outreach Manager for the Seacoast Science Center Marine Mammal Rescue Program, where she helps rescue seals and other marine mammals along the New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts coast.Learn More
