Exploring how mutations in receptors involved in the Reelin signaling pathway affect the length, orientation, and frequency of primary cilia on excitatory pyramidal neurons in layered and non-layered brain regions including the neocortex, hippocampus, olfactory cortex, and piriform cortex. Results may provide insights into the development and function of layered cortical structures as well as the role of primary cilia in these cortical matrices.
