Addie’s research explores how environmental DNA (eDNA) collected from spiderwebs can be used alongside acoustic monitoring and camera trap data to better understand biodiversity in New Hampshire forests. Her work aims to advance biodiversity monitoring to improve the detection of wildlife, forest pests, invasive species, and pathogens while informing conservation and forest management decisions.
