UNH student Erica Faucher '25 is researching gut microbiome sampling methods to make participation in microbiome studies more accessible and inclusive in New Hampshire. 

Lynne McNamara '25 presented her research on the Oyster River watershed at UNH’s Undergraduate Research Conference (URC), showcasing her work on monitoring changes in water quality.

Margo Kamis is a nutrition: dietetics and ecogastronomy dual major from Glastonbury, Connecticut. She is also minoring in culinary nutrition and food studies.
