The Undergraduate program in Wildlife and Conservation Biology is designed to prepare students for a variety of careers by enabling them to develop a broad biological, sociological, economic, and political foundation in wildlife and natural resource management; develop technical lab and field skills in a laboratory-intensive curriculum; learn to manage traditional game, non-game, and threatened and endangered species; and qualify for certification as a wildlife biologist by "The Wildlife Society."
