The College’s Department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems offers programs designed for students interested in the broad range of exciting and challenging careers necessary for ensuring farm viability and nutritional security for current and future generations.
Our undergraduate programs include Animal Science, Nutrition, and Agriculture and Food Systems, each with extensive course offerings. Our students enjoy access to our numerous farm and research facilities, as well as to an outstanding and dedicated team of teaching and research faculty. Our graduates are well prepared for a wide array of careers in the food system, whether in the dairy, equine, or horticultural crop industries, as nutritional scientists and registered dietitians, or paths requiring subsequent M.S., Ph.D, or veterinary degrees.
