Mark Rabon graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and again in 1994 with a Master of Science Degree, both in Forest Management. In 1990, while continuing to work on his postgraduate degree, Mark joined International Paper Company as a staff forester and a computer systems support specialist for the Northeast Region. In 1994, Mark transferred to IP’s Ticonderoga Woodlands Office as a field forester. In 1995, Mark became an Independent Contractor providing forestry related services, including GIS and GPS mapping, to private and industrial landowners. In December of 1996, Mark joined Mead Paper’s Androscoggin District as an Operations Forester and later as an Area Planning Forester. In the Fall of 2000, Mark joined Hancock Land Company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. In the Winter of 2007, Mark partnered with others at Hancock Land Company to establish the separate company of Integrated Forest Management, where he serves as the President.
