If you are a new client please contact the lab so proper payment can be included with shipment. If you plan to use the lab on a regular basis we ask that you set up an account so that invoices/billing can happen on a convenient monthly schedule. To establish an account please fill out and submit a commercial application.
Regulatory Disease Testing
Testing for certain regulatory diseases requires specific submission forms and submission by appropriately accredited veterinarians. There are also certain state/federal programs in place for the testing of regulated diseases such as Brucellosis, Tuberculosis, Johne's and Poultry Diseases (Pullorum/Typhoid & Avian Influenza) under the National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP). The lab meets all USDA requirements for certification of regulatory program disease testing and is a fully authorized NPIP testing lab.

Equine Infectious Anemia "Coggins" Testing
The lab tests over 8,000 horses annually for Equine Infectious Anemia. Our primary testing platform, Agar Gel Immunodiffusion (AGID) is considered the gold standard. ELISA testing is also available for same day results. All EIA samples must be submitted by category II accredited veterinarians and with an approved submission form. Traditional Paper Coggins Forms
When using the paper forms, only the current USDA Equine Infectious Anemia "Coggins" paper forms (VS FOrm 10-11 Feb 2018) can be accepted. These paper forms are available at our regional USDA office at (508) 363-2290 or from the state NH DAMF at (603) 271-2404.
Digital Coggins Forms
We accept both the Global Vet Link and USDA VSPS digital Coggins forms.
Reporting Results
The lab encourages electronic reporting of lab results. In addition clients can also receive FAX or paper mailed reports. Electronic reports can be emailed to the practice, veterinarian or both. Electronic reporting is simple, free and convenient.

Reportable Diseases
Diagnostic laboratories are required to report the diagnoses of certain infectious diseases to state and/or federal regulatory officials. Referring veterinarians will be notified if reports to regulatory officials are made.
