Nutritional Sciences - MSDI
I graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in dietetics, nutrition, and food science. During my time in Burlington, I worked at the Vermont Medical Center and a local bagel shop and volunteered in the kitchen of the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf and the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge.
I am an avid peeler of oranges, I swear by buffalo cauliflower bites, and I never pass up the opportunity to bake someone vegan banana bread. I am super passionate about mindful eating practices, animal rights, carbohydrates (specifically baguettes and potatoes), love and kindness, meditation, and saving the environment. I am currently a teaching assistant for Nutrition in Health and Well Being while working to complete my master’s in nutritional sciences with the dietetic internship here at University of New Hampshire.
