180 Blue


180 Blue, a student run fine dining restaurant, serves quality food at reasonable prices and offers American Regional Cuisine for the Fall semester and International Cuisine for the Spring semester. Located in Cole Hall (Room 144), 180 Blue serves as a working laboratory for our Culinary Arts students.

The restaurant is designed to be the lab setting for three of our courses: CAN 525, American Regional Cuisine (Fall), CAN 535, International Cuisine (Spring) and CAN 426, Dining Room Practicum.  Thank you for being a part of their learning experience.  180 Blue is open to the public on Thursday evenings from 5:30 - 7:30 pm*.  There is a prix fixe cost of $16.95 per person.  The restaurant accepts cash, check and all major credit cards (except American Express).

Dinner is served by advanced reservation only.  If you wish to make dinner reservations, please either call our reservation line telephone number at (603)-862-4760 or email our Dining Room Instructor, Chef Elizabeth Kramlinger Elizabeth.Kramlinger@unh.edu.  The reservation deadline for any meal is each Wednesday by 12 noon, the day directly preceding that Thursday’s service date. Reservation times can be made anytime between 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Please indicate the following when calling or emailing your reservation request:

  1. Your name
  2. The time and date you wish to reserve your table
  3. The number of guests in your party
  4. A telephone number where you can be reached to confirm your reservation (phone reservations only.) Reservations made via email will be confirmed via return email.

*Prior to 6:00 pm guests must park in a metered space. From 6:00 pm on, parking is free.
