Program Outcomes

Organic Luncheon 2014

 

During their rotation at Culinary Camp in July, the dietetic interns opened up the "Wildcat Cafeteria" with a delicious  luncheon made from organic foods purchased locally.

 

 

 

 

 

The following are the expected program outcomes:

1. Over a five year period, 90% of the UNH interns who are enrolled in the program will complete within 150% of the times planned for completion (within 16 months of DI program start).

2. Over a five year period, 70% of more of the DI graduated who sought employment in dietetics will be employed within 3 months of program completion. 

3. Over a five year period, 90% of DI graduates will successfully complete the registration exam on the first try.

4. Over a five year period, 90% of employed program graduates who respond to the alumni survey will rate themselves as "prepared" or "well prepared" by the internship in terms of their ability to integrate health promotion/disease prevention into their work and/or commuity environment.

5. Over a five year period, 75% of employed program graduates who respond to the alumni survey will report integrating food systems and sustainability concepts into their practice.
